While maintaining high requirements of productivity; Regarding projects, in 2017 I was on charge of the design & implementation ok Kanban methodology for our department, this allowed us to be more transparent, efficient & distribute the workloads among the members of the team, this project allowed me & my Team to be awarded with a Continental Silver award on September 2018.

Responsible for the Prototype Laboratory operation finance & quality, was able to manage the personnel with 0% of fluctuation on a very challenging competitive environment. We also end 2015 with revenue for the first time in Prototypes after a life long history of loses on the department. This revenue represented a financial growth for the department for more than a 100% compared to 2014 year results.
My task as CBS Specialist is to help and coordinate projects that allow us to have a better/mature & robust development process as well as being more competitive by reducing our development lead time trough tools as Kanban & Scrum as well as crisis management through Obeya projects.

Responsible for the complete supply chain of the Prototype Shop, during 2013 I was able to reduce premium freight in 43% through the implementation of JIT philosophy & order time fences, we were able to reduce the material inventory in 13% over 2 consecutive years, through a capacity analysis, efficiency of the resources and a 3k USD investment we were able to double the capacity of the proto shop, becoming a benchmark for the Business Unit.
