*In charge of the fulfillment team, making sure that the material is available at the shop for use. 
*Constantly working with suppliers and sourcing Managers to get better pricing, LT. 
*In charge of the metrics of the department, weekly follow up of all metrics, working close with buyer to accomplish the goals that the  company has set to us.
*In constant communication with carries, following up the material, expediting if needed.
*Responsible of scalation process when shortages problems appear. 
*Monitoring LTs from suppliers, working with them to get better LT
*Follow up changes in demand that might cause possible shortages
