Your new role – challenging and future-oriented • You will help us in supporting running operations of a Global Service Contracts team, focusing on the United States customers.
• As a contract manager interfaces with customers and functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers of Siemens.
• Influences customer to receive their PO’s and help to invoice them their services.
• You will work with SAP so is imperative to have knowledge on the platform.

You are willing to learn and understand operational processes.
You have a Finance or administration university degree.
You have SAP experience.
You are a team player and empathic with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Advanced English Level 1 year of experience in customer service 1 Year of experience in contract management
