Title: Customer Service AgentDepartment: Contact CenterLocation: TecnoParque (This is an on-site position)Summary: The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by promptly resolving a variety of technical issues and customer inquiries via phone and email. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of client accounts, promptly address issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with care and urgency.
- Troubleshoot mobile applications and Bluetooth connectivity issues to get the customer back in service.
- Demonstrate the company's core values and vision to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, clients, and co-workers.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Requisitos del puesto
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of Contact Center experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required. Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
