FINANCE TEAM LEAD - SUPPLY CHAIN & OPERATIONS

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the GBS Financial and Analysis – Supply Chain team as an Finance Supply Chain Team Lead  You’ll be responsible for all of the plant’s cost finance analysis.
This hybrid role is located in Queretaro, Mexico, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days /2 days at home office – subject to change.
Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing      Accounting and Administrative Guidelines.
Provide guidelines on accounting and administrative processes, focusing on compliance with key controls, corporate policies, internal procedures, statutory requirements, and financial education for the organization.
Coordination of COGS Processes.
Oversee end-to-end Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) processes, including budgeting, ICPs outlooks, month-end close, savings, reporting, and analysis.
Knowledge Sharing and Team Development.
Spread knowledge and promote best practices across the team by coaching team members, providing feedback, fostering teamwork, and creating an environment that encourages professional growth and challenges individuals to develop their capabilities.
Supply Chain Problem Solving.
Address critical and complex Supply Chain (SCH) processes and service delivery issues by generating effective solutions and proposals.
We’re Looking for Someone With     Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance related.
COGS budget experience at least 3 years.
Financial Planning and Analysis.
SAP and Excel knowledge.
Supply Chain Transactions.
Plants performance knowledge and costing experience.
Fluent conversational English & people management.
