We are currently searching for a Customer Care Representative.
Responsibilities Process orders and handle returns effectively.
Assist customers in addressing complaints and answering inquiries.
Provide customers with information regarding their orders.
Deliver high-quality customer service while supporting a technology service provider's supply chain.
Requirements Proven experience in a Customer Service environment.
Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese.
Excellent command of English for a multicultural work environment.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Flexibility to work different shifts, particularly during month-end periods.
Technical support and knowledge of O365 and live support tools.
Desired Basic supply chain knowledge.
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
High-level communication skills.
Results-oriented and target-focused approach.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
Spoke Portuguese Note.
