Your creative expertise in clay casting will enable you to connect with their artistic community while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide expert guidance and technical support to clients and artists on clay casting techniques, materials, and processes.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our clay casting products, their applications, and potential for artistic projects.
Identify and target potential clients, including artists, sculptors, art schools, and studios, to grow our client base.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Showcase our clay casting products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market demand to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
The Profile Qualifications.
Strong background in clay casting with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clay casting techniques, including hand building, slip casting, and mold making.
Proven experience in a creative sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building and maintaining client relationships.
Proficiency in remote sales techniques, CRM systems, and virtual sales tools.
Self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
An artistic mindset with a deep passion for clay casting and artistic creation.
Undergo one week of paid training.
If there's an urgency for the role, then the new hire is required to render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
