pm Job description.
As a Customer Service Rep at Integon, your goal is top-notch service for both internal and external customers.
Strengthen relationships with policyholders and independent agents.
Key Tasks.
•  Own and resolve inquiries impacting policyholders or agents.
•  Handle inbound calls, and address policy-related questions.
•  Be the go-to after a policy sale, asking key questions.
•  Document interactions, process endorsements, and handle billing.
•  Address Health insurance requests and billing inquiries.
•  Independently handle conflicts and provide feedback for improvement.
•  Foster teamwork, consistency, and reliability.
•  Evaluate and suggest process improvements.
Requirements.
•  Strong communication skills.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•  Work well independently and in a team.
•  Customer-oriented troubleshooter.
•  Quick learner and adaptable.
•  Excellent multitasking skills.
•  Dependable, motivated, and flexible.
Desired.
•  Previous insurance customer service experience.
•  Bilingual proficiency.
