 Finding the best material to meet the exact performance requirements of the customers, no matter if it is a standard resin or custom compounded formulation.  
 Technical Assistance with customers in front of the Mold machines improving plastic parts for many markets. 
 Training in USA at Omni Plastics plant (Compounding business)  
 Preparation of Annual Business Plan (ABP) 
 Coordination of meetings with customers and suppliers
