A Matric Certificate Excellent written use of English language A minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Deputy Team Leader in a contact centre environment A minimum of 2 years’ previous team management experience The ability to identify problems and find solutions by imparting knowledge PC literacy, fast typing skills and experience using appropriate software and systems A proven performance record of accomplishment A clean absence and disciplinary record 6 Months experience on the TVG campaign Experience the best version of you!If all this feels like the perfect next step in your career journey, we want to hear from you.
