Como líder de equipo, serás el punto de contacto para todos los miembros del equipo, por lo que tus habilidades de comunicación deben ser excelentes. También debería poder actuar de forma proactiva para garantizar operaciones de equipo fluidas y una colaboración eficaz.
En última instancia, debe liderar dando un buen ejemplo e involucrar al equipo para lograr los objetivos.
Responsabilidades
Cree un ambiente de equipo inspirador con una cultura de comunicación abierta.
Establecer objetivos de equipo claros
Delegar tareas y establecer plazos
Supervisar el funcionamiento diario
Monitorear el desempeño del equipo e informar sobre métricas.
Motivar a los miembros del equipo
Descubrir necesidades de formación y ofrecer coaching
Escuche los comentarios de los miembros del equipo y resuelva cualquier problema o conflicto.
Reconocer el alto desempeño y recompensar los logros.
Fomentar la creatividad y la asunción de riesgos.
Sugerir y organizar actividades de team building.
Requisitos y habilidades
Experiencia laboral comprobada como líder de equipo o supervisor.
Conocimiento profundo de las métricas de rendimiento.
Buenos conocimientos de informática, especialmente MS Excel.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
Habilidades para la toma de decisiones
