Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en Español (Fluidez en español deseable en inglés) Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente y capacidad para responder a múltiples partes interesadas de manera efectiva y oportuna Capacidad de trabajar en múltiples tareas en un entorno acelerado mientras se cumplen plazos estrictos y la calidad Flexibilidad y capacidad comprobada para identificar y resolver problemas complejos Bien organizado y orientado a los detalles Preferiblemente con experiencia en la realización de actividades de transiciones / transferencia de conocimiento.
Resolución de problemas, pensamiento crítico y habilidades analíticas altamente desarrolladas Liderazgo y visión demostrados en la gestión de grupos de personal y grandes proyectos o iniciativas.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y un estilo de gestión colaborativa Actitud emprendedora y capacidad para establecer prioridades, trabajar de forma independiente y con supervisión limitada.
Habilidades de Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel avanzado (macros) PowerPoint Avanzado Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Ciencias Actuariales o campo relacionado.
Preferentemente graduado de posgrado
