Support Technician N1 Requisitos.
• Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida en sistemas, informática, computación o afín • Inglés básico, comprensión y lectura • Experiencia de 1 a 3 años como Support Technician N1 • Conocimiento del sector de las telecomunicaciones.
• Experiencia en procesos tecnológicos • Destreza con herramientas de análisis de redes • Conocimiento de tecnologías VoIP (protocolo SIP, WebRTC, etc.) • Certificados Microsoft (deseable) • Conocimiento de lenguajes de programación modernos para la implementación de procesos backend (deseable) Funciones.
• Ser el apoyo de confianza de nuestros clientes y ayudarles a resolver sus peticiones.
• Capacidad para desarrollar y mantener un alto nivel de conocimientos técnicos relacionados con los productos de la empresa.
• Representar a la empresa en eventos del sector y compartir su liderazgo de pensamiento.
• Influir en el desarrollo del servicio colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de preventa, asistencia y operaciones para recopilar y asimilar los comentarios de los usuarios.
