About the role.
Service Delivery Consultants are skilled professionals who form part of our client's SaaS Operations team delivering services to our client's clients.
The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the successful support and maintenance of their Dimension platform and to all aspects of service delivery around it.
Service Delivery Consultants support clients by providing solutions and deploying services related to the usage of Dimension.
They work closely with local and global teams within our client.
They instruct, coach and mentor less experienced consultants.
In this key role you will work in NA shift to provide technical support & solutions to overcome issues encountered by the customer and to optimise usage of the systems for them.

Requirements.
Experience with operating standard applications, preferable in the financial sector, troubleshooting, resolving issues and/or being an SME for application usage Corporate Actions knowledge, preferably covering all Corporate Actions event lifecycle Understanding of SWIFT Messages, types and fields Experience in working in a larger IT department or operational Team or Application support on L2 or L3 levels Technical Skills.
PL/SQL scripting, XML/XSL, json/yaml, Powershell scripting or similar scripting language Desirable.
Knowledge of Cloud operations (AWS, Azure) is a plus Desirable.
Basic business understanding of Financial Data Management (reference data, portfolio pricing, corporate actions) Desirable.
Experience in maintenance of SimCorp Data Management Solution (Formerly GAIN product) Desirable.
Education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, or similar academic background Mandatory.
Fluency in English Job Responsibilities.
Job responsibilities.
Be a point of contact for client installation of SimCorp Data Management Solution Maintain clients installation and identify projects for improvements of clients installation Investigate and resolve issues that require product domain knowledge according to defined SLA.
Analyze problems and issues which occur in SimCorp Dimension at existing clients independently to provide convincing and timely solutions to our clients, receiving advice and guidance only on more complex issues.
Resolve client service requests (ad-hoc reports, license renewals, file-copies...) Co-operate closely with SimCorp developers to combine business and technical know-how in analysing client issues and requirements to provide optimal solutions both from a business and technical perspective Take part in validation and testing activities as needed Ensure high quality of all deliverables provided to the client Build and maintain Product knowledge base Maintain client installation information Provide feedback to Product Division and Global Standards on product quality and client needs Support implementing projects to improve existing client installations Where possible identify where clients can use standard configurations versus bespoke solutions and move clients to standard configurations Identify and drive development new Service Offerings with focus on bringing optimal value to our clients Identify where clients can use new license modules & services Become trusted adviser of our clients around the world What We Offer Exciting Projects.
