n Responsibilities Responsibilities.
ITFM Resource n Ownership of the cost flow process between SAP and Service Now, with extensive knowledge of the E2E processn Drive the discussions with stakeholders and users when enhancements are required,n Propose improvements in the tools and processes,n Document the requirements and coordinate the implementation of fixes and enhancementsnwith the development teamn Maintenance of process and technical documentationn Follow-up on technical incidents with IBM’s sustain team (SAP related incidents), keepingnthe KPIs at a healthy level according to Nestlé’s standardsnRequired skillsn 4+ years of SAP Functional FICO + PS (WBS) modulesn Good understanding of AIF Interfacesn Knowledge of business processes covered by SAP applications aboven Good “Consulting” + soft skills, due to constant interaction with stakeholders in mid & seniornmanagement leveln The ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solutions usingnSAP Technologyn Analytical problem solving skillsn Able to work self-driven and independentnNice to have.
ServiceNow experience is a plus, but not mandatory as the rest of the team is already expert on thatn SAP S2P (Purchasing + Invoicing)nnConfigures and develops on the VA’s instance of ServiceNow including routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer;nParticipates in Continual Service Improvement activities, as required by customer demands;nParticipates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases;nCollaborates with other teammates in support of platform consistency and upgradability;nPlans and manages meetings to solicit feedback from stakeholders, as needed;nParticipates in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value;nAssists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed;nDirectly support the implementation of ServiceNow in the FedRAMP Cloud environment;nPartner with leadership to maintain and drive towards an aggressive and sustainable ServiceNow implementation;nEvaluate and work with the customer to define next phases of the ServiceNow roadmap;nPrepare and execute ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and test scripts;nConfigure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems;nPerform system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application.
SKILLS Must have ITIL, Service Now, Web Development, JavaScript, Problem Solving, SAP FunctionalnExperience developing test scripts and plans;nCandidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask;nExperience working on an agile team;nLDAP/Active Directory knowledge;nA minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances is required;nBachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field;nExcellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features;nExperience in a Managed Services environment;nWorking knowledge of configuration management and ITIL;nMinimum 4 years designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation;nDemonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow;nDemonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment;nEffectively collaborate with other engineers remotely;nSelf-motivated and able to work autonomously.
