SERVICE MANAGER (DEVOPS)

Technologies will include Igloo, Catastrophe Modelling, Azure SQL Databases, and Azure Virtual Desktops Work closely with the Business users to ensure the applications and software function correctly are performant when working with data.
Knowledge to resolve technical issues as needed, and/or validate recommended technical solutions.
Support escalations to ICT and third-party risk analytics suppliers.
Provide additional US time zone incident support and operational support to proprietary R&A Platform and Risk IQ customer portal.
Ability to communicate business and technical information across variety of audiences and levels.
Assist in ensuring defined Application Service Management processes are followed for Incident Management issues, to include internal users and clients.
Monitor Ticketing queue and support email.
Minimum of 5 years Application Support Service Management & Engineering experience with experience in cloud application support models Experience with the Azure platform including Azure SQL, Applications Insights, Security Centre and AVDs.
Competent in facilitating meetings and monitoring action items to completion.
Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication and collaboration skills Customer focused service to handle escalated situations to include clients and users.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage ticketing queues in tools such as Service Now and Jira
