SERVICE DESK / IT SUPPORT

Management services for assigned IT devices, components and / or infrastructure.
Manage and verify the correct functioning of local applications.
Provide local support for the global IT team (be the hands on site).
Participates in procurement, configuration support, asset tracking and recovery of IT-provided equipment.
Manages the IT equipment lifecycle utilizing the company's asset management tracking system.
Ensures license entitlements are appropriately updated in the asset management system.
Participates in regularly scheduled meetings and project driven initiatives.
Plans and executes end-of-life client equipment refresh.
Shares responsibility for purchasing, budget tracking, inventory management and tracking, asset and lifecycle management for all relevant technologies.
Tracks and reports to management on various functional metrics including costs and opportunities for reduction.
Required Qualifications Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT Support L2, Knowledge of information technologies such as Windows, M365, Azure, Storage, PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerAPPs, Network.
IT Infrastructure Management Technical English skills (Written and spoken).
