Service Catalogue Delivery Lead Description - Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
Digital Delivery Operations (DDO) is one of the fastest growing teams within the Managed Services organization.
Our mandate is to manage E2E delivery operations for HP's contractual services business, focusing on contractual servicing offerings for enterprise Tier 1 accounts in the commercial domain, as well as internal HP employees.
Job specifics/responsibilities.
Management of a structured Service Catalogue of commercial customer capabilities Program management for commercial deals enablement / implementation of DDO services Pursuit / pre-sales support for solution design on new commercial opportunities, leveraging the Service Catalogue information Key deliverables/accountabilities.
Manage a Service Catalogue of commercial service capabilities.
Manage service capabilities enablement to support relevant commercial opportunities.
Support the enablement of all service capabilities within DDO organization.
Manage strategic projects as identified in the POR of the DDO organization.
Manage / implement customer Proofs-of-Concept for new service capabilities.
Working relationships.
Internal Executive management sponsors and stakeholders HP IT management and operational contacts Regional Pursuit Sales / Pre-sales PS GBU teams CS delivery global teams CS delivery regional teams External Strategic commercial DaaS accounts External delivery partners / suppliers Education (degree) and professional experience required.
Bachelor/Master Experience in virtual team environment.
Other requirements.
Fluent English Other foreign languages knowledge would be an asset.

Account Transition Mgmt / DRA experience & knowledge.
Service mgmt (ITIL) expertise and ITSM tools knowledge.
