The Sales Team Lead will manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, driving performance and ensuring targets are met.
This role involves developing effective sales strategies, fostering collaboration across departments, and staying updated on industry trends to maximize revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Job Responsibilities.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback to help them reach their full potential.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team.
Monitor performance against these targets and take proactive measures to address any performance issues.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base, leveraging market insights and trends.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization, fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Job Requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
Proven experience in team management.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proven experience in sales.
Strong leadership abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Strong Knowledge of the travel and leisure industry.
