Como SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, usted será responsable de apoyar el procesamiento de reservaciones de grupos de clientes definidos como Leisure Team, Grupos Sociales, Consumidores Directos, Agentes de Viajes y Operadores Turísticos que hacen negocios en los EE. UU. y Canadá, México, LATAM y Europa.
También para la revisión de los Contratos Firmados y la preparación de la entrada en los diferentes sistemas administrados por PLAYA, Enviar el Bloque de Habitaciones y/o la lista de habitaciones, la gestión del bloque de grupos, la coordinación con los gerentes de servicios de conferencias, el departamento de ventas y los clientes, pero no es responsable del cierre de las transacciones.
Deben ser capaces de comunicarse profesionalmente con varios departamentos y los organizadores de reuniones durante el proceso de reserva. La persona responsable de coordinar todos los cambios y adiciones de grupo en OPERA, ENVISION, DELPHI y OnQ, hasta que el grupo llegue al resort para su programa.
