respond to emails when an order is received with estimated receipt dates of components.
update the wip according to production reports, system or any corresponding information to the accounts assign to you.
make a list of priorities for the arts department.
(file shared in excel) make priorities list for the printing department (ps) and send it by mail to lupita cantu.
analyze priorities in the ps guide and mark them.

pm) general follow-up with all production departments so that each order confirmed is sent in a timely manner.
enter new orders to the online system and update any changes in orders.
other duties assigned as needed.
