REMOTE CREATIVE TEAM COORDINATOR

Ensures that Creatives know and apply their knowledge of the service processes of working on each creative request and communicating with clients.
Provides suggestions and recommendations to Creatives to help them deliver the quality of work that meets the standards set by Make Relish and Design Pickle’s clients.
Determines compliance with Service Level/End Result Standard of assigned Creatives and conducts alignment on creatives as-needed basis.
Checks queue to ensure that all Creatives are able to utilize their bandwidth fairly among assigned clients/subscribers.
Checks the queue of creatives regularly to ensure requests are properly assigned to their creatives and/or other corresponding teams.
Checks with a set of clients assigned to their team of Contractors to ensure that they uphold Service Level/End Result Standards and Client Retention Reviews sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings in the DP Platform.
Communicates with the clients regarding queue and design-related concerns.
Collaborates closely with Quality Specialists in ensuring design quality and brand guidelines are met.
Collaborates with TAG Support and Creatives in identifying Design Time for all requests assigned to his/her team of Contractors.
Ensures company notes are updated based on client preferences on an as-needed basis and coordinate these updates within the team Such other services as the Client may require.
