Position Overview
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression, managing bookings, and ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service. This is a longterm, formal, and serious position where dedication and professionalism are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and professional manner
Managing appointments and maintaining an organized schedule
Providing information about spa services and promotions
Handling phone calls and managing the reception area
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
Assisting in general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Proficiency in English is crucial, as most of our clients are English speakers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience in customer service or reception is preferred but not essential
