Planning And Inventory Control This position works closely with the Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service functions to ensure that adequate product inventories are maintained.
Specific Job Functions   A.
Planning and Inventory Control   Establishes minimum-maximum levels for all manufactured packaged products based on historical usage, sales forecasts, and current customer demand requirements.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels by reviewing system stock levels to ensure timely material availability and minimize the impact of demand volatilities.
Monitor Days of Coverage to review the inventory position and initiates actions to achieve the target.
Coordinates with Customer Service regarding the availability of made-to-order products along with other products that may not have sufficient stock.
Notifies Customer Service immediately if due date cannot be met so that the customer can be contacted.
Closely monitors slow moving and non-working (NWSM) inventories by reporting to the relevant teams for action.
Ensures that raw materials are on hand and/or planned to support the production schedule.
Coordinates with Warehouse and Production on the receipt of import shipment.
Support the Sales & Operations Planning Process by preparing and facilitating the Supply response to the Demand Plan, including the review in the regional meetings.
Performs month end tasks, obtain reports from SAP BOBJ, analyze and feedback to the team.
Determine inventory needs and places intercompany orders on SAP   Monitor and drive continuous improvement to the following Metrics.
On-Time Shipment Performance Plan Compliance (Planned vs Actual) Inventory Days of Coverage Master Data Accuracy               SHIPPING   Submit shipping documents to Clearing Agents for import shipment clearances.
Keep track of vessel arrival dates.
Prepare and submit the Shipment advice to Production (Bulk receipts) and Warehouse (package receipts)   PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIER INVOICES   Create Blanket Purchase Orders and send to suppliers at beginning of each month.
Capture Supplier Invoices to the PO and GR.
Check, code, obtain authorized signature and hand to Finance Account Payable.
B.
CUSTOMER SERVICE   The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) day to day responsibilities will primarily focus on managing account specific purchase orders from order entry to invoice.
This role contributes to Lubrizol’s overall success by ensuring that our customers find their overall business experience rewarding, cost effective, and reliable.
The Customer Service Representative ensures complete customer satisfaction by effectively processing orders in SAP, providing timely communication with our customers, our internal partners (supply chain, credit, logistics, demand planning, sales, and marketing) as well as external partners (warehouses, carriers, C&F Agents etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Key Customers (Platinum + Gold status) Guide and support the Export CSR who also handles local customer sales.
Co-ordination of all orders from order placement to expediting and liaising with sales and/or Supply Chain throughout this process to ensure all problems/delays are communicated and resolved effectively.
Receiving and processing of sales orders in SAP ERP System, following these through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring that processing is accurate.
This will include export orders (incoterms, VAT act etc.) Process Credit and Debit Notes when required and follow the Global Policy.
Book transportation with the appointed service providers as required.
Monitor the Open Order report and communicate with Warehouse and Production on delivery schedules.
Monitor order quantities against forecast and report variances to the relevant teams.
Ensure all goods shipped within the month are invoiced in the same month.
Perform Month end tasks, reconciliation of consignment stocks and all other relevant tasks to ensure timeous submission for customers and finance.
Obtain monthly sales report from SAP/BOBJ Dealing with queries from Customers, Sales Representatives and within Supply chain department.
Normal filing/processing of documentation and follow up work.
Send updated stock report to customers based on their forecast and usage.
Support Finance with annual external Audit.
Sales / Master Data for new material set up and price entries.
Other ad hoc duties as required by the various teams.
Communication Provide efficient and on time response to Customer orders, enquiries, problems to ensure complete Customer Satisfaction Actively responds to all messages and requests and informs co-workers about issues important in completing tasks.
Communicates with accurate and concise content.
Seek review from a Peer if in doubt or prior to engaging with customer.
Maintains a calm tone when communicating urgent or important messages to others.
Maintains frequent contact with Sales Account Managers on account activity, i.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, and Other Requirements.
Relevant Supply Chain qualification with proven data analytics skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
Detailed knowledge of Supply Planning and Inventory Management Advanced mathematical and analytical skills Demonstrate willingness to challenge the status quo and drive for continuous improvement.
