El objetivo del rol Operations Team Leader es administrar los recursos humanos y materiales para mantener en las mejores condiciones los equipos e instalaciones, maximizando su operación, disminuyendo los paros no planeados y mejorando los equipos para lograr los objetivos del área productiva, dentro del marco de la mejora continua teniendo como referencia principal.

Responsabilidades.
SEGURIDAD Seguimiento a lineamientos de seguridad, identificación de riesgos y levantamientos de Near Miss.
Asegurar que sus equipos cuentan con las certificaciones adecuadas antes de realizar un trabajo Autorizar y validar permisos de trabajo Recorridos de Conducta Segura y Cierre de hallazgos de Seguridad CALIDAD Coordinar y realizar las actividades de mantenimiento y verificación de instrumentos siguiendo las buenas prácticas de manufactura y procedimientos de calidad.
Mantener limpia y ordenada su área de trabajo.
Notificar, reportar y atender las anomalías en los equipos detectados.
Cierre de notificaciones e investigación de fallas.
PRODUCTIVIDAD Aumento de la productividad en áreas asignadas.
Seguimiento de implementación de proyectos nuevos.
Coordinar reuniones de mejora continua con personal técnico.
Reducción de AML.
Coordinar con los líderes de producción en la ejecución de los mantenimientos y mejoras.
Seleccionar equipos de coordinación con líderes de proyectos.
Supervisar funcionamiento de equipo.
Aplicar los estándares del sistema de calidad Colgate y los estándares de de Factory Performance y Reliability, según la matriz de responsabilidades.
Requisitos.
Ingeniería mecánica o alguna área afin.
2 años de experiencia en posiciones de manufactura.
Inglés intermedio Conocimiento en estándares de seguridad y calidad Experiencia en mejora continua de procesos de manufactura.
Deseable experiencia en manejo de personal sindicalizado.
La posición puede requerir soporte fuera del rol mixto de operación para analizar, entrenar o ejecutar los estándares antes mencionados.
