Purpose of the Role.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Onboarding projects of new clients.
Key Responsibilities.
Ensure that all onboarding projects of new clients are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of Go Live dates and timeframes.
Ensure Onboarding Team’s availability and allocation for client meetings.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress to be shared with staff members and clients Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management analysis and propose potential mitigation plans to stake holders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on process calibration agreements, guidelines, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Delegate project tasks to onboarding team resources as required.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals through defined KPIs such as slippage of Tasks and CSAT Use and continually develop leadership skills in accordance with TMF principles and values.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key  Requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, industrial engineering and other appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus 2 – 3 Proven working experience in project management English Level B2+ | C1 Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills What's in it for you?
