Inside Sales are responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, and they help to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls.
This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.
Typical duties include but are not limited to.
? Processing orders ? Shipping follow-up ? Sending orders to headquarter ? Assisting with after sales / inside sales 3 | SLA ? Work with USA team to assist with administrative duties ? Process orders from email and phone using our CRM ? Maintain and update records on our CRM ? Check data accuracy in orders and invoices ? Collect payments for open invoices ? Answering telephone calls and contacting customers ? Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries ? Maintain inventory and handle shipping documents with our freight forwarders ? Support sales activities such as preparing quotations and following up with customers ? Work closely with our Mexican partners to follow up with open projects ? Occasional travel for trade shows, trainings, or regional customer visits Note.
