Essential obligations and responsibilities Accountable for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of order and delivery status information.
Proactively identify and avert customer-facing issues related to order reliability.
Regularly monitor sales orders and delivery processes using reports and system interfaces.
Understand and adhere to global process service levels to ensure consistent quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any relevant issues discovered during monitoring.
Follow up with global issue owners to ensure timely closure of action items within prescribed service levels.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in our processing.
Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and deliver process metrics reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
Support all Align products and regions that utilize the global order and delivery process.
Desirable education, skills and/or experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
Understanding of master data processes, including familiarity with data standards, data governance, and data quality concepts.
Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems, preferably.
Applies basic knowledge of processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Comfortably handles problems of limited scope and seeks solutions.
Builds stable working relationships within the organization, fostering teamwork and effective collaboration.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates the ability to remain focused even during repetitive tasks, maintaining a high standard of quality.
Ensures accuracy and precision in work.
Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing for effective decision-making and process improvement.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to drive tasks forward.
