Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Respaldar la habilitación y administración de las actividades de trabajo de campo para lograr el cumplimiento de la metodología de campo basada en datos y las validaciones de recopilación de datos de calidad basadas en los conocimientos de Quality Control Tower Analyst.
Responsabilidades.
Soporte diario del auditor líder (teléfono, chat con los auditores) con respecto a la situación de Bussines As Usual (personal u operativa) Liderar reasignaciones de visitas a tiendas / Ajustar y aprobar plan Impulsar el trabajo de campo Seguimiento del progreso de todos los servicios, asi como liderar la gestión de recursos (Contratación, entrevistas, renuncias, trámites relacionados) Realizar verificación/control físico de la tienda (incluidas verificaciones alternativas durante los períodos extraordinarios) Controles del panel líder y plan de acción para lograr el objetivo.
Cumplimiento de la metodología de campo y mantenimiento de la colección de calidad.
Informar los comentarios y el estado de los puntos de acción al líder de entrega y alinearse con el analista de Quality Control Tower.
Pronosticar los requisitos de personal para un reclutamiento y mantenimiento efectivos de niveles apropiados de empleados para cumplir con los objetivos de desempeño.
