In this position, your main task will be to carry out on-site work on customers' sites throughout France, in particular on the product range for medium and low-voltage electrical distribution (commissioning, maintenance, technical expertise, repair, extension and replacement, etc.).
Your responsibilities Carry out installation, commissioning and preventive & curative maintenance of Electrification Division products in accordance with factory recommendations and customer contract requirements.
Act as work supervisor, with or without the support of subcontractors, in compliance with current safety rules and procedures (risk analysis, prevention plan, work authorization, wearing of PPE, Take5, etc.).
Act as the technical reference for the medium and low-voltage electrical distribution offering (MV/LV switchboards, MV/LV circuit breakers & contactors, digital protection relays, etc.), particularly in the context of telephone troubleshooting, repair, replacement and/or extension of older-generation equipment.
Provide technical expertise in the form of training, written reports, telephone support and/or on-site intervention (potentially on-call).
Make suggestions to end customers for additional services (spare parts, periodic maintenance contracts, replacement of obsolete equipment, product training, etc.) Your background At least 2 years' higher education with a specialization in electrical engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years' professional experience as a HTA/BT works supervisor.
Experience as a site manager supervising a team of 2-5 technicians would be a plus.
Knowledge of the industrial sector would be a plus.
Technical English and fluent French are essential.
No obstacles to travel (80% with overnight stays - potentially abroad).
Reactivity, autonomy, rigor, customer orientation.
Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules.
