Department Overview Join our dynamic Transaction Processing & Optimization Team, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues.
As a part of this team, you will have the opportunity to support inbound calls and assist internal and external customers with a wide range of inquiries, including order inquiries, warranty replacements, post-sale customer service, and service/repair requests.
Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and are eager to take on the responsibility of resolving complex customer issues.
As a Dispatch Service Desk Agent, your main responsibilities will include.
Demonstrating an excellent service attitude and providing exceptional customer support.
Collaborating effectively with team members to deliver outstanding service.
Possessing strong communication skills and fluency in verbal communication.
Utilizing your knowledge and skills to provide efficient telephone support to customers.
Conducting diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment and failures.
Providing support to staff members through telephone assistance.

Basic Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written).
High School Diploma, GED, or Certificado de Preparatoria.
At least 1 year of experience, will be a plus previous experience in inbound call centers.
Willingness to work from Monday to Friday (7.
am-5.
pm) Availability to work in Reynosa, from Industrial Rio Bravo Suite B Parque Industrial del Norte Reynosa, TAM.
