CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients
achieve their desired outcomes through our AI-enhanced services, fostering long-term
relationships and promoting both renewal and expansion opportunities. You will guide clients
from onboarding to continued success, ensuring they receive the full value of their partnership
with the company. Responsibilities:  ● Develop a deep understanding of customer business challenges and objectives to
ensure alignment with our AI-driven services.  ● Guide new accounts through the onboarding process, ensuring successful deployment
and integration of the company's strategies in line with identified goals.  ● Monitor account health, anticipate potential issues, and work collaboratively with the
team to create proactive strategies for risk mitigation.  ● Regularly deliver insights and best practices to customers, helping them to fully leverage
our AI-enhanced services for maximum benefit.  ● Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to
realize these opportunities.  ● Serve as the primary advocate for your customers, conveying feedback to internal
teams, including Product Development, to continually enhance our offerings.  Qualifications:  ● 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, preferably in a SaaS or
technology-focused environment that utilizes AI.  ● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp
attention to detail.  ● Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for proactive problem solving.  ● Demonstrated capability in handling fast-paced environments and making data-driven
decisions.  ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  ● Not necessary: Familiarity with customer success tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and G Suite. ● Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
