CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

What's the role? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our high performing team in the Hilti Ireland Head Office in Finglas, Dublin 11.
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and offering the best possible customer experience to both internal and external customers to drive sales.

What does the role involve? As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our high-performing and supportive customer service team as the first point of contact for both our external and internal customers.
You’ll help look after our portfolio of small to large businesses and provide expert advice and solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers.
This is a fast paced, dynamic and KPI driven environment, but also customer-centric.

Acting as a trusted Hilti Representative for a number of accounts, you will partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value.

Within your first 3 months you will have training from our state-of-the-art hub in Manchester.
This will include training on the Hilti approach, process and product training.

Construction experience is not essential, some of our strongest customer service reps and account managers joined the business with no construction experience.
