Lider de Servicio al Cliente   Propósito    Responsable de coordinar las ventas de ácido fluorhídrico, acido fluorhídrico acuoso, Refrigerantes LATAM, ácido sulfúrico, sulfato de calcio y fluoruro de aluminio interactuando directamente con clientes y las demás funciones con el objetivo de promover la venta de materiales nacional e internacionalmente.
Principal responsabilidades   Responsable de detener el trabajo inseguro.
Cuando algo inesperado suceda al estar realizando una actividad bajo su control, tiene la autoridad para detener y solicitar reevaluar la situación para identificar posibles nuevos riesgos.
Responsable de Coordinar con el Equipo Comercial los Pronostico de Ventas dentro del Modelo SOP.
Elaborar Programa Mensual y Semanal de embarques de HF, HF ACUOSO, Refrigerantes, Ácido Sulfúrico y Fluoruro de Aluminio informando a la función de Operaciones, tráfico y Equipo de liderazgo, Preparación del Pronostico Financiero Mensual de Embarques Matamoros.
Elaborar Programas Finales de Ventas de HF, HF Acuoso, Refrigerantes, Ácido Sulfúrico y Fluoruro de Aluminio.
Elaborar Reporte Mensual de Facturación del producto embarcado a Arkema y enviar información al cliente.
Calculo y emisión de Nota de crédito Mensual (Rebate) a Brenntag.
Experiencia y conocimiento requerido   Licenciatura o Ingeniería con más de 8 años de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente, Logístico y Cadena de Suministro.
Inglés avanzado SAP.
Servicio al Cliente.
