CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FULLY REMOTE

We are looking for an organized and professional Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about the company. The role requires the individual to support customers while providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service, ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This is an opportunity to work remotely 930 hours per day lunch break fulltime. You must have a computer, high speed internet and an area to work free of background noise. Equipment will be provided by us and help for internet also.

Responsibilities.

Familiarize with current information about services available for customers.

Answer calls and provide support to both prospective and existing customers.

Engage with customers and develop a rapport with leads and customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner.

Provide detailed services, support on the ordering process, and instructions for a client to order online.

Assist customers with Questions Requests

Assist customers with payment over the phone.

Assist customers on common errors and how to solve these.

Deal with complaints, follow inbound and outbound calls, upload quotes, and missed calls process and guidelines.

Responsible for email handling, email etiquette, and email archive.

Responsible for live chat and other communication tools with customers.

Requesting customer reviews.

Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the sales and customer services team.

Qualifications.

Associate or bachelors degree.

Demonstrate an outstanding level of fluency in English written and spoken.

Strong verbal communication skills in the English language.

2 years of experience in Customer Service.

Excellent Computer Skills Microsoft Office Suite and Google.

Be able to start immediately or as soon as possible.
