MISSION.
Is in charge of managing orders, monitoring execution and treating customers’ requests to meet service commitment and improve customer satisfaction KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Manage Order & delivery Monitor Exécution Manage Request Support sales Apply and improve work methods Provides an excellent Customer Service.
Enter the orders into the system following the specifics of each account and applying the proper standards.
When needed support the teams by processing OSDs and Corrections.
Follows Michelin's OSD and RGA forms and their process overview.
The CSR will exceed the service level provided to give an amazing experience to the customer when contacting us.
Suggests alternative solutions for efficiencies and improvement of the process.
Shares best practices across North America Sales Admin function.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
Bachelor’s degree.
No prior experience required.
Full English performance.
Not required experience or internship experience.
Skills.
Communicating in an assertive manner, monitor execution, supporting and improving.
