- FLEXIBLE PACKAGING MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
- Degree in foreign trade or administration
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
- Monitoring the progress of orders and consulting with customers and sales when a problem or significant delay arises.
- Ensure that orders are made in time and quantity requested and agreed with the customer.
- Manage customer orders regarding the requested quantity, required date, committed date and actual date.
- Inventory management of finished product, obsolete and materials in process.
- Take the initiative and talk to the customer to negotiate the shipment of obsolete materials and to negotiate new orders.
- Manage a VMI with the client and review it weekly.
- Communicate customer priorities to planning.
- Constantly evaluate policies and procedures to determine new and improved approaches to serve the client in the best possible way.
- Propose improvements to internal or external operation to ensure excellence in customer service.
