CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTION SUPPORT

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in the process of giving support to customer orders from receiving to shipping while also being involved in the production process to ensure the customers deadlines are being met.
This position will be an integral part of our team with their primary focus on ensuring on time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
In this position you will.
1.
Work with Production, Shipping and other departments to respond to customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
2.
Process orders through various stages, from receiving from customer, all the way to ensuring they ship out from the facility.
3.
Update inventory on customer’s online site.
4.
Help with production planning.
5.
Check customer order status and give updates when necessary 6.
Coordinate with the customer support and sales teams to address any product-related inaccuracies or potential issues by customers.
Qualifications.
· Bilingual (Spanish and Advanced English).
· Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) · Excellent written and spoken communication · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Technical skills in excel.
pivot tables, search functions, etc.
· Great use of Microsoft Office programs.
· Must have excellent PC/system skills and be computer literate with ability to learn software programs.
· Detail Oriented with ability to multi-task · A proactive approach to learning and adapting to the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape Puesto.
