Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers for appointment settling and providing general information about the services.
Updating and capturing information in the CRM system.
Provide a great experience to the customer through professional interaction.
Conducting soft sales while explaining the benefits of our services.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am to 430pm PST 30 minute lunch.
This position requires employees to work 1 Saturday every other month the day off, is replaced with another day of the week.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills C2.
Customer service and call handling experience.
Proficiency in using CRM systems.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
Experience in sales preferred.
What we offer
Base alary of 15,000 MXN 19,000 a month before taxes, depending on experience.
Food Vouchers 1,000 MXN a month.
Home office bonus of 800 MXN a month.
Sales and quality bonuses.
Fully remote position.
