Learning Experience and Service Delivery Senior Associate role is vital to the proper planning and execution of our Interns Program, guaranteeing effective coordination between all program participants and stakeholders, and ensuring that activities are carried out as planned, in order to meet program objectives and standards.
Functions and responsibilities Program Strategy Development.
Support strategic planning to achieve the long-term goals of Future Ready Interns Program.
Design stages, timelines, and milestones of strategic planning and program design cycles.
Analyze and forecast future business needs, adjusting the program in preparation to meet future business demands and preparing interns in key areas.
Analysis and reporting.
Perform analysis on the effectiveness of the program and generate detailed reports with data-driven recommendations.
Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies according to results.
Prepare financial reports.
Prepare executive presentations and documents for leadership teams.
Coordination with different departments.
Work closely with the various departments of PwC and stakeholders, to manage their participation in \"Future Ready\" and ensure that their contributions are aligned with the activities and objectives of the program.
Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and training processes, and provide support in key decisions.
Define guidelines and structured design principles that guide all areas of PwC interested in incorporating interns through \"Future Ready\" for their participation in the program.
Coordinate the mentoring program, resolve doubts and support in the organization of workshops and feedback sessions.
Supervise the involvement of interns in projects or work assignments in the different areas of PwC.
Request and review training plans.
Program Performance and Compliance Monitoring.
Monitor interns' progress using established tools, identify and address operational issues to ensure proper program compliance.
Communications Management.
Manage all program-related communications and coordinate with PwC's communications department to ensure consistency and compliance with the firm's guidelines.
Management of agendas and communications with interns.
Coordinate communications with the different PwC departments involved in the program, including organizing meetings and following up on requests.
Follow-up and general support.
Act as a liaison to the \"Future Ready\" team to support and coordinate with the recruitment and training teams.
This includes activities such as.
In the area of recruitment, collaborate with the team in charge to coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates, ensuring that the process aligns with the standards and objectives of \"Future Ready\".
In training, work together with the internal teams and responsible external suppliers, supervising that the schedules and requirements of the program are met.
Support in the organization of events.
Provide support in the planning and comprehensive execution of events related to the program, collaborating with the teams in charge to ensure that everything goes according to plan.
Assist in merchandise orders and coordinate with suppliers.
Managing event finances, tracking expenses, and processing payments.
Handle event-specific communications, such as managing guest lists, sending invitations, and RSVP.
