ο Development of sourcing strategy based on the annual goals (MCO,  BVC & TWC) 
ο Negotiations with selected suppliers for pricing and to getting them  onboard of new projects (Kanban, VMI, JIT) 
ο Analysis of the supplier market and creation of a reliable supply base  portfolio.  
ο Track of performance metrics and optimization of sourcing plan. ο Monitor of disruptive changes on market that might affect the availability  of material etc. 
ο Experience on molded plastics, rubber, wood and corrugated.
