Help Desk associate for the Mount Sinai Project. Most of my daily duties involve account maintenance, although I also do troubleshooting and provide step-by-step instructions on software and hardware installations to endusers of various ages and backgrounds.

Completed basic and medical training in Language Line. I routinely performed above expectations throughout my time at this company. I particularly take pride in my use of clear and concise language, as well as my ability to transmit empathy between languages.

I've had a long and profitable relationship with this company. Although I've mostly translated children's books for them, I've also been entrusted with the arduous work of  legal translation. 

During my time in this post, I managed to break multiple contact-per-hour records thanks to an Excel spreadsheet I designed to track individual progress. Alongside my speed, the accuracy of my responses was oftentimes praised, as was the way I could calm down our customers.

After spending most of my school life in the US, I skipped my Junior year due to my excellent grades and discipline, allowing me to graduate one year early. During my time in high school, I also took home several UIL prizes and a membership to the National Honors Society.
