- Delegated work teams of up to 10 people, including mechanical, software and electronic engineers.
- Designed and implemented an automated control (PLC Allen Bradley) system for an electrostatic paint
oven with PID. Made a thermodynamic analysis integrating 4 ventilators to evenly distribute the heat,
increasing the painted racks from 4 to 8, doubling the production and standardizing the process.
- Collaboration in the ISO 9001: 2015 certification process. This allowed the company to work with new
companies like Mareli, Nissan, Jatco and Compas.
- Modelled (SolidWorks) the structure and electronic system to make a CNC Plasma Cutter (2x2m). This
project gave the company the opportunity to achieve new projects from other companies. Those plasma
cutting were previously made on other companies, now this has save more productions costs (10%). CNC Set
Up on MACH3. Managed a group of 20 people for its development from zero.
- Developed and created a monitoring and security system of 10 security cameras, 12 motion sensors and 6
magnetic door sensors via Wi-Fi using SoC ESP32. Using Mc-38 magnetic Sensor, S8-ph-5-m53-pp laser
sensor. Using Arduino IDE for control system and PCB design on Altium.
- PCB layout (Altium) and HMI (Nextion) interface for a Mechanical Ventilation for COVID-19. The
ventilators are capable of bringing 1 to 32 cycles per minute, air flow 0-750ml, pressure 20mmH2O and other
functions based on measurements and clinical conditionings like PSV, SIMV, flow, pressure graphics, etc .

- PCB layout in Altium for an AGV. Set Up a LIDAR sensor for collision detection. The AGV can drag up 1
ton to 3 at a speed of 2mi/h. LIDAR sensor detect low, medium and high risk areas for collision calculating
its actual speed.
- Generated a Bluetooth App on App Inventor to control manually the AGV in a range of 10 meters.
- Programmed a Magnetic sensor MGS-H12 to track detection of a magnetic tape. Motion and
communication of sensors controlled by a PIC.
- Arranged and developed an mechano-electronic system with a PLC (Allen Bradley) for the extraction and
packaging of honey. This process improved the standardization and speed of honey packaging. It saves up to 2
salaries per machine and accelerated 25% of the process.
- Used a HMI and a PLC (Allen Bradley) system in a line of bread kneaders. Process was enhanced by
standardization of bread and accelerated 25% of the production.
- Improve a bread mixer line implementing SCADA system. Using Triphasic motor (220V) drivers. RSLinx
is used. The production speed was increased 20% , 3 salaries were saved.

Development CNC Laser 3/2020 - 6/2020
- Started own project of assembly and programming (GRBL) of a 30x18cm Laser CNC for graven and
cutting in wood, MDF, acrylic and plastic. It was mainly used for wood and stainless steel engraving.
Currently the initial investment has been tripled.
RFID Customer System Designer - Antromex Group. 10/2019 - 2/2020
-Set up a customer database through a Wifi server monitored by RFID technology for a nightclub located in
Cancun with a capacity of 1200 people.
-Designed an automatic structure to identify customer package via Wifi using C programming in a
PIC18F4550. System developed to enhance the service and provide a better experience to customers.
- Implemented +50 QR codes with links to get information about the establishment, menu, offers, or log-in to
make orders. Also creates a database of customer preferences for future references.
Developer of an Inductive Charge Generator for Biodiesel Motor Testing - UPA 4/2018 - 8/2018
- Wired and enhance a relay system to change an inductive charge connected to a triphasic motor coupled to a
Diesel motor that use experimental Biodiesel. It alternates resistive charge between 25Ω to 150Ω for 1HP.
LabView Programmer and Mechanical Designer- SCARA Robot. 8/2018 - 12/2018
- Manufactured and Modelled a SCARA Robot made with 3 servo motors using reverse Kinematics with a
Microchip Microcontroller linked and controlled in LabView.
