Responsible  of  application  packaging,  application  deployments,  patching  coordination among  multiple  teams.  Ensuring  SCCM  infra  health  with  daily  monitoring  and automation  tasks.  Planning  the  architecture  of  SCCM  to  ensure  the  company’s  growth. Coordinating  Operating  Systems  migrations  to  the  latest  version  to  achieve  a standardized  environment. PowerShell  automation  for  daily  tasks Duties: • Build  (package  or  repackage)  and  test  vendor  applications  using  Installshield  or Powershell scripting to  automate installation. • OS/Apps migration from W7 to W10 using MDT and SCCM. • Coordinate deployments with app  owners and management using SCCM 2012 (CB). • Design new packaging/deployment processes. • Improve existing packaging/deployment processes. • Lead apps smoke test or repackage for win10 migration. • Automate daily base tasks for SCCM. • Troubleshoot SCCM Client and  back-end  infrastructure. • Coordinate with desktop engineering team to create or modify TS  for OSD and imaging planning • Attend to CAB meetings to promote  applications to production environment. • Coordinate patching on  workstations and Servers. • Document   Migration    steps    and    application    build    for    future    changes    and troubleshooting.

Operations  SME  responsible  for  planning,  execute  and  monitor  OS  and  apps deployments  company  wide.  Planning  and  execute  patching  to  servers  and  workstations to  keep  systems  up  to  date.  SCCM  implementation  and  integration  to  the  environment based  on  company  needs  and  future  growth.  Microsoft  technology  integration  to  the environment.  Planning  OS  migration  from  W7  to  W10  company  wide,  imaging  testing and  coordination  among  different  teams  to  achieve  smooth  transition  to  the  new  OS. PowerShell automation for daily tasks 

Team  lead  responsible  of  application  packaging  efforts  and  application  deployment coordination  to  ensure  environment  meets  the  customer  standards.  SCCM administration  and  support.  SME  during  transition  from  SCCM  version  2007  to  2012 (CB),  including  app  migration  company  wide.  Implemented  new  standards  to  improve processes and  packaging  workflow.   

Application  packaging  expert  following  the  company  standards.  Monitor  company devices  using  Landesk  and  improve  OS  deployment  processes  to  ensure  functionality. Create  and  maintain  AutoIT  library  to  automate  app  packaging process.
