Elicitation of software requirements for Invoicing and Accounting areas in the company, mainly requirements of Electronic Invoicing from the Tax Authority of Mexico (SAT) related with Fiscal Digital Documents (CFDI) for Billing Documents. 
Generate functional specification documents following Tenaris Unified Process methodology (an adaptation of Rational Unified Process methodology) for software life cycle, test the developed software and track the process of the requirements until they are implemented.
For some of the requirements, I had to review programing code and modify it. 
I have also participated in project definition and planning.

Monitoring inbound and outbound of EDI documents (Electronic Data Interchange) and development of new EDI maps, I also tested and implemented the EDI maps. I did the required configuration in Oracle ERP to implement the EDI maps. I was trained in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and XML Publisher. I also did part of the Oracle steps like shipping an order or generate the invoice in order to get the extract or flat files for EDI mapping tests. If I detected any issue during the inbound or outbound Oracle programs I was able to debug them and find a solution to the issue.

Development of Web applications with C# and ASP .NET, management of CRM platform of Microsoft Dynamics, management of shared folders service, management of Web applications hosting, management of Web applications, development of a work flow in Ultimus 8, and implementation of application delivery with XenApp product of Citrix.
