Lead and implement strategies to improve the customer satisfaction level, ensuring product on the shelf in quantity and opportunity way, as well as develop and achieve out planning and logistics processes best practices. Performance management of logistics process end-to-end. Annual budget: 12 M Euro, reporting to the Regional Director of Northern Cone, leading a team of 15 collaborators.
 Implemented the CPFR program and aligned supply chain with business and customer strategy, additionally, developed logistics efficiencies throughout all process, achieving:
o Double-digit Sell in 37% growth in 3 years for replenishment volume (approx. 70% of the total sales of the business).
o Reduced the Out of Stock levels on the shelf by 95%, gaining 0.3 % of total combinations product- store.
o Increased levels of 3 replenishment days by 17%, resulting in 98.9%.
 Developed the Continuous Improvement program in the Region (Kaizen | Six Sigma | TPM), achieving:
o Reduction of 2.4 mio Euros of Direct Cost of Selling resulting in 5.3% from Net sales
o Reduction of 1.3 mio Euros of General Expenses of Supply Chain. Reduction of 5% each year.
 Implemented successfully customer care from culture of Supply Chain point of view, achieving:
o Increase Fill rate of 87% to 98%.
o Reduction by 97% of Fill rate penalties, from total 2012 32 mio MXN to total 2016 1.0 Mio MXN.
 Optimized functions and processes to manage all logistical activities through an 3PL or Logistics Services Provider, (1 million shipping boxes per month) with 1 FTE, and implemented the quality system with the supplier, achieving:
o Increased the OTIF to 99%. On Time Delivery to 99.3%. Inventory Accuracy to 99.9%.
 Implemented an information system for decision making in terms of product performance and customer service: order tracking, Dashboard Sell In / Sell Out, Product / Customer Scorecard.
 Obtained an overall average of 4.52 / 5 to the Gallup Team voice commitment survey, based on the holistic development of the team, and placing the CS & L team on 81 percentile.

Manage demand short, medium and long term planning, as well as, the supply of materials (raw & packaging materials, finished product, and merchandisers and promotional goods). Inventory control and responsible for service level of Mexico plant. Manage and lead production planning (manufacturing and filling). Administration of imports and exports, accountable for packaging development. Reporting to the Northern Cone Dir, leading a team: 8 direct and 120 indirect.
 Implemented Advanced S & OP process using information from Sell out and, customers and suppliers forecast with the following result: increased service level from 77% to 99.5%, increased Forecast Accuracy from 22% to 56% (Baseline and Promotions), improved Forecast Bias from 25% to 6% and reduced inventory in 25 DOH.
 Implemented Northern Cone Strategic Buyer I (Merchandisers and Promotional goods).
 Established Audits, Certification and Risk Management of Suppliers
 Implemented the strategic management and programs of continuous improvement in area of materials and production, increasing the frequency of weekly production, improved the Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAI) by 5 pp of each line and the capacity machine by 30%.
 Established performance evaluation and collaborative planning with suppliers, reduced obsolete materials volume by 65%, from 23 mio MXN to 8 Mio and decreased 20 DOH of inventory.
 Successfully negotiated of profit margins with suppliers, reducing the WOC due to increase DPO through cycles and payment terms from 45 to 90 days.
 Implement Supply Chain Quality System, increased the Right First Time figure to 99.9%, as well as, the certifications as suppliers of OTC product to the subsidiary of Canada
