➢ In charge of the Internal Consummations / Purchasing / Facilities areas (office expenses and supplies, IT, CCTV, HVAC, electronics, books, furniture for out and indoors, sport goods, leasing of computers and cars, General Maintenance (electric material, plumbing material, pool accessories, etc.) and Cleaning Material (toilet paper, napkins, tissue paper, soaps, brooms, etc.)).
Key Accomplishments:
➢ Established the RFP, RFQ and RFP procedures, to generate savings in the CAPEX and the OPEX (savings +$0.6 MM USD the first 6 years).
➢ Direct reports 5 persons and indirect 51 persons (maintenance, transportation and cleaning areas).
➢ KPI's generate savings of 20% in the annual Budget and have in optimal conditions the facilities/school.
➢ Budget of $2.5 MM USD.

➢ In charge of the Purchasing, Import and Sales areas.
➢ Negotiation with the major of vitamin producer in US to sell us vitamins in bulk.
➢ Negotiation with the produce of Crystal Sauces to sell us (unique representative in Mexico).
Key Accomplishments:
➢ Searched and purchased of 3 machines in China, the first helped to fabric toilet paper, kitchen towels & napkins, the second helped to fabric plastic caps & bottles and the third helped to fill up the bottles with vegetable oil (PO $1.3 MM USD).
➢ KPI's sales with 35% to 40% of MU.
➢ Budget of $12 MM USD.

➢ In charge of searched and developed of Global Suppliers and Products for Walmart Mexico, Central America, Argentina, Brazil and Chile (LATAM).
➢ Developed of the categories of Tires, Automotive Accessories, Patio and Garden, Stationary Products and Home; to find global products for the market of WM LATAM (PO +$2.5 MM USD, first time to buy Globally in WM).
➢ Leader of the Teamwork’s with buyers from LATAM (+30) to buy as a single unit. Key Accomplishments:
➢ Creation of Global Purchasing Programs for LATAM, with a cost reduction of 20% and increase from 15% to 28% the MU (PO +$15 MM USD).
➢ KPI's increase the buy it thought GMC in all LATAM to achieve the Budget.

➢ In charge of searched and developed searched and developed Suppliers and Products for the Departments of Clothes, Shoes, Jewelry, Stationary Products, Home, Small Appliance, Automotive Accessories and Patio & Garden (from Asia and LATAM).
➢ Leader of the Purchasing Program of Polo T-shirts (India), 60% of MU (PO`s +5 MM USD).
➢ Leader of the PP of Motorcycles (China), 30% of MU VS 18% of ITALIKA brand (PO ́s +$4 MM USD).

➢ Increased the Buy trips to Asia through the GP infrastructure/Suppliers (PO ś +$150 MM USD, 35% more PO ́s VS YYP).
