TS consists of knowledgeable technical experts who are well-versed in Festo products, solutions, and applications.
They assist customers in resolving technical issues, answering inquiries, providing product information, and offering guidance on the optimal use and implementation of Festo solutions.
The team plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enabling smooth operations for products and systems.

Tlalnepantla, estado de México.
Job description.
Responds to all technical questions from Sales reps and customers in a timely manner.
Corresponds with Technical Support HQ in Germany to obtain updated technical information.
Provides website navigation support to customers and sales representatives.
Supports Contact Centre agents, upon request.
Completes all necessary follow-up and administrative tasks required.
Participates in special projects and other duties, as required.
Participate actively in technical trainings.
Profile / Requirement ·Degree in engineering - Electro-mechanical, mechanical engineering or technologist preferred.
·Knowledge of products and applications in the field of pneumatic automation is desirable.
·Knowledge of the Festo product portfolio is an advantage.
·Knowledge in PLC programming and debugging would be an asset.
·Excellent written and verbal Spanish communication.
·Very good MS Office knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills - must have the ability to communicate withdiplomacy and interact with customers in a professional and positive manner.
Highly attentive to detail and fact-finding as to ensure accuracy of reporting.
Extremely well organized and resourceful with the ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
Ability to interpret customers issues to produce quick, effective results.
Work well under pressure and through ambiguity with problem solving mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Inclination towards new product launch and applications.
Team-oriented work in an international team.
Bilingualism in Spanish and English is preferred.
1–3-year experience in a similar role.
