Service Delivery Manager, Monitoring of work teams in response to customer requirements.
Work with Field resources and guide them on process and infra related resolution High level experience on computer Networks, Datacenter and end user systems Professional experience on atleast 1 technology under computer Networks, Datacenter and end user systems Daily monitoring of tickets with the functional cell leaders according to the levels agreed in the SLAs.
Guarantee the attention of all the requirements exposed by the client.
Know the processes and agreements of the client.
Detect sales opportunities with customers under the operation.
Support to cell leaders in resource management.
Communication support between the consultants and the account manager to keep updated the changes in the processes, procedures, SLA's of the client.
Coordinate the activities between the different support teams and areas involved in the resolution of incidents.
Promote the need for urgency among the entire team.
Meet annual ticket reduction metrics.
Severity involvement (Priorities 1 and 2).
Monitoring of quality of service and SLA.
Know the client's internal procedures.
CA (Root Cause Analysis)problemEnhancements (Low, Medium, High).

Weekly (KDP) and monthly reports only with HCL.
Proposals for AMS projects.
Billing and EtoF.
illing according to contract made with HCL ITIL Problems.
Service Request.
