Procurement Intern/Associate SoftwareOne Academy Scope.
Full-time | Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery | Location.
Mexico City     The Associate Procurement collaborates closely with SoftwareOne's Local Procurement and Sales Teams.
This involvement encompasses the entire process lifecycle, including tasks such as managing customer data, handling price inquiries, overseeing renewals, and ensuring the seamless processing of orders.
The Associate's role significantly enhances customer relationships and optimizes operational efficiency throughout these processes.
What does a day-to-day look like in this role.
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satis faction and maintain good relationships.
Research all relevant information required to complete tasks.
Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers (Independent Software Vendors) to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
What we need to see from you Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Internatio nal Affairs, Accounting, or related fields English written & verbal Skills (B1 level- able to maintain a conversation in English).
0-1 years’ experience Customer service experience General math skills, PC proficiency, knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Desired Qualifications      0-1 years’ experience in the software industry.
Basic/intermediate Excel Skills Some knowledge of ERP Systems functionalities or Navision,   Soft Skills Customer service skills.
